Female (woman empowerment ) Entrepreneurship
MFP promotes entrepreneurship among women to support their economic independence and personal goals, whilst addressing their needs for childcare and personal development. Many women in our communities possess education, motivation, and basic IT skills; we provide the concrete programming, training and skill-development to make their participation in the workforce feasible, effective and equal.
Female education and workforce participation is a key to long-term economic growth. In order to effectively leverage this opportunity, women need holistic support that understands the specific context, challenges and barriers they experience. We provide an incubation space for emerging ideas and projects as well as institutional support through training and professional mentor-ship.
